TO PERFORM BETTER NATURALLY.
Management & Sports: How to learn from sportspeople to be and remain a successful leader or team.
Successful leaders and other “top scorers” reach the peak of their performance any time they need it and in all kinds of situations. In order to maintain that capability and stay healthy in the long run, you have to keep up a good balance between high performance and regeneration as well as a clear attitude. In top sports, this has been the key to success for a long time already, as it is one of our human potentials to perform “better” naturally. Given the right “training schedule” and the right conditions, we stay fit on all levels! We can act in a healthy and sustainable way, if we understand performance as something positive and if we continue to feel joy and see a sense in what we do. As I used to perform cross-country skiing on a top-level as a child and adolescent and it still means the world to me, I find it easy to fascinate other people with analogies from sports. Together with the entrepreneur and sportsman Andreas Sachs (www.soom.eu), I therefore create new ways of access to topics like motivation, vision, targeting, flow and team spirit. Particularly in view of the current burnout discussion, these ways open up a number of new possibilities to develop your potential.
